Cynhyrchu's Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy
Effective Date: 26th January 2025

We regret that no Welsh translation is currently available for these terms. If you require a Welsh translation, please email hello@cynhyrchu.cymru to request one. For any enquiries regarding these terms, please contact hello@cynhyrchu.cymru.

Throughout this document, Cynhyrchu may be referred to as “Cynhyrchu” or “we,” while you, the customer, are referred to as “you” or “your.”

This Privacy Policy is intended to explain how we handle the data you provide and the measures we have taken to safeguard your information. It serves to protect Cynhyrchu and to inform you of key practices. By purchasing or using services from Cynhyrchu, you agree to abide by this Privacy Policy, as well as Calendly’s Privacy Policy if you use their embedded service (located at the bottom of our site for booking meetings).

Please note that by purchasing a service from us or using one of our services, you consent to this Privacy Policy. In some cases, this Privacy Policy may also apply to any websites we create; if so, this will be noted in those websites’ respective policies.

The Information You Provide

If you make a payment via our online payment link, our payment provider may create an “Instant Profile” for you. This profile helps us identify you in our system, allowing us to offer better assistance if you have any issues. When paying, you may be asked for details such as your first and last name, phone number, email address, and card information.

  • On our end, we can see your full name, phone number, and email address.

  • Our payment provider does not disclose your full card details to us. We only see the cardholder’s name, the card brand, the last four digits of the card number, and the expiration date.

  • Cynhyrchu will never intentionally overcharge you. If you suspect an error has occurred, please contact us immediately at hello@cynhyrchu.cymru.

  • We will never request your card information via email, and we ask that you refrain from sharing it anywhere other than on an official payment page.

We do not sell your information. We may use your phone number and/or email address to communicate with you. We may, in the future, introduce newsletters or similar services; unsubscribing from these will be straightforward and accessible.

By visiting our site, we may automatically collect things such as your IP address, what you do on our site, and the duration of your visit. We use Google Analytics to track user usage, meaning anything they collect may be shown to us.

Data Security Measures

To protect your information, all of our account credentials are stored in secure password managers (unnamed here for security reasons). We have vetted these services and trust them as secure solutions. If we experience any breach that could affect you, we will notify you promptly.

We collect details such as your name, phone number, and email address so we can contact you during your project. You have the right to request access to your information and to request its deletion. If you wish to do so, please email hello@cynhyrchu.cymru.

Post-Project Data Handling

Once your project is finished, you may request the deletion of specific information, including emails, payment provider profiles, and shared assets. However, if we are still working on a project for you or if you have an active subscription with us, these requests may not be fulfilled until your project or subscription concludes.

After your project’s completion, we may retain emails and text messages for training purposes. If you would prefer these be deleted, please email hello@cynhyrchu.cymru.

If you provide us with photos, videos, or other project-related assets, you can request their deletion from our local and cloud storage upon completion of the project. During the project, these files will be shared only with trusted team members and treated as confidential.

Conclusion

  • COPPA Compliance: We will never knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 13. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you confirm that you are 13 years old or older.

  • GDPR Compliance: We have explained why we need your data and how we use it. If you do not have any active subscriptions with us and would like us to remove your Client Folder or any payment information, please contact hello@cynhyrchu.cymru.
