Throughout this document, Cynhyrchu may be referred to as \u201cCynhyrchu\u201d or \u201cwe,\u201d while you, the customer, are referred to as \u201cyou\u201d or \u201cyour.\u201d<\/p>

Please note that Cynhyrchu’s TOS<\/span><\/a>\u00a0is intended to safeguard Cynhyrchu and to inform you of essential policies.<\/p>

By purchasing services from Cynhyrchu or by using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, as well as the Terms of Service of any third party tool you use during that process (Eg: Calendly).<\/p>

By purchasing or using any of our services, you also confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Service. These Terms may apply to any websites or apps we create, and if so, this applicability will be stated in those websites\u2019 or apps\u2019 respective Terms of Service.<\/p>

14-Day Refund Window<\/strong><\/h3>

As outlined in our Terms of Service:<\/p>

  • You have a 14-day window from the time of payment to request a refund.<\/p><\/li>

  • These terms are necessary because each product or service is customized to your specific business, making it impossible to resell.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Communication and Response<\/strong><\/h3>

    After payment, it is vital that you remain responsive to Cynhyrchu\u2019s communications (emails, texts, etc.) until your project is fully completed. If you pay Cynhyrchu and then discontinue communication, you will not be eligible for a refund, even if the project surpasses its deadline.<\/p>

    No Tolerance for Offensive Material<\/strong><\/h3>

    Cynhyrchu will not create or include offensive content in any project. This is a strict policy with zero tolerance. If we decline to incorporate certain words or material due to its offensive nature, no refund will be provided on these grounds.<\/p>

    Eligibility for a Refund<\/strong><\/h3>

    1. Within 14 Days: You are eligible for a refund if you request it within 14 days of your purchase. Once this period lapses, refunds will no longer be applicable.<\/p><\/li>

    2.
