Cynhyrchu's Refund Policy

Throughout this document, Cynhyrchu may be referred to as “Cynhyrchu” or “we,” while you, the customer, are referred to as “you” or “your.”

 

Please note that Cynhyrchu's TOS is intended to safeguard Cynhyrchu and to inform you of essential policies.

 

By purchasing services from Cynhyrchu or by using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, as well as Calendly’s Terms of Service.

 

By purchasing or using any of our services, you also confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Service. These Terms may apply to any websites or apps we create, and if so, this applicability will be stated in those websites’ or apps’ respective Terms of Service.

 

 

14-DayRefund Window

As outlined in our Terms of Service:

  • You have a 14-day window from the time of purchase to request a refund.

  • These terms are necessary because each product or service is customized to your specific business, making it impossible to resell.

 

 

Payment Plans and Cancellations

You have the flexibility to choose your contract type:

  • Monthly Payment: You cannot receive a refund for the first month of service, but you may choose to cancel before the second month begins.

  • Yearly Payment: You cannot receive a refund for the first year. This policy helps ensure Cynhyrchu does not incur a loss, since your product is uniquely tailored to your needs and cannot be repurposed.

 

 

Communication and Response

After payment, it is vital that you remain responsive to Cynhyrchu’s communications (emails, texts, etc.) until your project is fully completed. If you pay Cynhyrchu and then discontinue communication, you will not be eligible for a refund, even if the project surpasses its deadline.

 

 

No Tolerance for Offensive Material

Cynhyrchu will not create or include offensive content in any project. This is a strict policy with zero tolerance. If we decline to incorporate certain words or material due to its offensive nature, no refund will be provided on these grounds.

 

 

Eligibility for a Refund

  1. Within 14 Days: You are eligible for a refund if you request it within 14 days of your purchase. Once this period lapses, refunds will no longer be applicable.

  2. Missed Deadlines: If Cynhyrchu provides a firm deadline and fails to meet it, you are eligible for a refund—unless the delay is due to factors beyond our control (e.g., third-party service downtime).
