Throughout this document, Cynhyrchu may be referred to as “Cynhyrchu” or “we,” while you, the customer, are referred to as “you” or “your.”

Please note that Cynhyrchu's TOS is intended to protect Cynhyrchu and to provide you with important information. By purchasing services from Cynhyrchu or by using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, as well as to Calendly’s Terms of Service.

Purchasing or using any of our services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Service. These Terms may also apply to any websites or apps we create; if so, this applicability will be specified in those websites’ or apps’ respective Terms of Service.

 

 

Use of Your Work in Our Portfolio

By default, you grant Cynhyrchu permission to display elements of your project—potentially watermarked if necessary—in our portfolio and in related marketing materials. Should you wish to opt out of this usage, please email hello@cynhyrchu.cymru. Cynhyrchu reserves the right to watermark deliverables if we determine another business might otherwise repurpose them, especially if no distinct branding is visible.

 

 

Prohibited Misuse

You agree not to misuse any services provided by Cynhyrchu. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access through backdoors, exploits, or any other means.

 

 

Purchasing Our Services

When you purchase a service from Cynhyrchu, you agree to make payment using one of our approved methods. You also agree not to engage in fraudulent chargebacks, which involve disputing a legitimate charge with your bank or service provider under false pretenses.

• Monthly Subscription: If you subscribe on a monthly basis, payments must be made on time each month. Failure to pay punctually may result in actions such as suspending or taking down your website (if your service includes web hosting).

• 14 Day Refund Window: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. After this period, you will be ineligible for a refund. This policy exists because each service is fully customized to your needs and therefore cannot be resold.

• Choice of Contract: You may opt for monthly or yearly payments.

  • If you choose monthly, you cannot receive a refund for the first month, but you may cancel any subsequent month.

  • If you choose yearly, you cannot receive a refund for the first year. This approach safeguards Cynhyrchu  from financial losses, given that your product or service is tailored to your specific requirements.

 

 

Communication and Project Timelines

After payment, it is essential that you respond promptly to communications (emails, texts, etc.) from Cynhyrchu until your project is concluded. If you discontinue communication—even if the project surpasses its deadline—you will not be entitled to a refund.

Some services may include a setup fee that remains valid for one month. If you become unresponsive during that month and the project remains unfinished, an additional setup fee may be charged. However, if Cynhyrchu is the source of the delay, you will not incur this extra fee.

Should you cancel your subscription within 72 hours of its renewal date, you may still be required to pay for that upcoming month, owing to the short notice.

 

 

Offensive Material

Cynhyrchu operates under a strict no-tolerance policy regarding offensive content. We will not create or incorporate offensive material into any project, and no refund will be provided if we refuse to include certain words or content that we deem offensive.

 

 

Websites

When Cynhyrchu develops a website for you, the site remains the property of Cynhyrchu. During the subscription period, you are effectively leasing the website from us, thereby protecting our work. We host your website using our designated providers, and this hosting service cannot be replaced with your own. If you have concerns about this hosting arrangement, please contact hello@cynhyrchu.cymru.

 

 

Online Safety

Your Cynhyrchu service may include login credentials (e.g., email address and password) provided either by Cynhyrchu or chosen by you. You are responsible for maintaining the security of these accounts. Cynhyrchu disclaims any liability for breaches to your account, our account, or any subsequent damages resulting from such breaches. We strongly recommend storing your passwords in a reputable password manager to enhance account security.

 

 

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the cancellation link provided in the confirmation email sent after your payment. As a result, we will discontinue hosting (for instance, your website) at the end of your current subscription term, or shortly thereafter. By cancelling, you acknowledge that any service—such as a website—will be taken down once your subscription expires.
